At 21, I was diagnosed with a bulging disc accompanied by constant shoulder pain. The recommendation was rest instead of exercise. But that didn't bring any improvement. Massages and stretching only helped in the short term.
Frustrated, I began to intensively explore pain, movement, and resilience.
Today, as a sports scientist and rehabilitation coach, I help precisely those people who feel active and ambitious but are held back by pain. My approach: a practical, scientifically sound system, individually adaptable, and with lasting effects.

I started working with Marius 7 months ago. At the time, I was going to the gym about 3x/week and seeing little to no improvement and also gaining shoulder pains from the exercises. After a few sessions together, we worked on a lot of different things to make sure my technique was right and that my needs were being looked at. After that, I finally managed to improve my workouts, generally increase my strength and get rid of my shoulder pain. And by doing so, my motivation has improved significantly. We worked together as well on a nutrition plan which made me lose weight while maintaining my muscle mass.

Does online coaching actually work as well as in-person coaching?
Yes – with structured video sessions, regular check-ins, and individually tailored training plans, online coaching is just as effective as in-person training. Many of my clients appreciate the flexibility and direct 1:1 support, without any travel time.
I have pain (e.g. in my back or knee) – is coaching still right for me?
Especially then! My coaching is specifically designed to reduce such discomfort through targeted movement analysis and training adjustments. I will accompany you step by step to become pain-free and more efficient.
Do I need expensive equipment or a gym to train?
No. I'll put together a training plan for you based on your goals and situation that works with what you have available—whether at home, in the gym, or on the go. If you need equipment, I'll give you specific recommendations.
How exactly does hybrid coaching work?
With hybrid coaching, we combine in-person sessions (e.g., at regular intervals or as needed) with digital 1:1 coaching. This gives you maximum flexibility while still maintaining the closeness and control of face-to-face meetings.
I have a busy schedule – is coaching feasible in terms of time?
Definitely. As a freelancer and coach, I know how important flexibility is. We'll tailor your coaching to fit into your daily routine—without added stress, but with maximum impact.
How quickly will I see results?
